Conditions for returning goods

The Buyer has the right to return the Products within 14 days after receiving the parcel without giving any reason. This option is available provided that the products have not been consumed or damaged by the Buyer. The buyer must notify the seller of his intention by email info@zch-shop.com The notification form is available at zch-shop.com/return-form

The Buyer must return the products within 14 days from the date of notification to the Seller of the intention to issue a return to the address: Pärnu mnt 76-7, Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia.

In case of returning ordered products, the buyer is responsible for loss of presentation of the products as a result of their use. Before deciding to return the products, the Buyer has the right to inspect the products to ensure that the products are not damaged and in good condition. The buyer should not use the products before returning them. Shipping costs for returned products are borne by the buyer.

The Seller returns the money to the Buyer (including the cost of shipping from the Seller to the Buyer) within 14 days after receiving notification that the products have been sent back.

In case of receipt of goods that show signs of damage during shipment or are opened, the Buyer must contact the transport company delivering the products.

The Buyer must return the products within 14 days from informing the Seller to address: Pärnu mnt 76-7, Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia.

In case the Buyer returns the ordered products, he is only responsible for reduced value of the goods as a consequence of his usage. Before deciding whether to return the goods or not, the Buyer has a right to see the product in the extent to find out the actual condition of the product. The Buyer can not use the product until he returns it. The postage for returning the goods pays the Buyer.

In such case the Seller returns the money to the Buyer (Including postage) within 14 days after the Buyer has informed the Seller.

In case the Buyer has received a shipment, that was damaged during the transport or has signs of opened package, the Buyer has to turn to the delivery service that delivered the shipment.
