1. General provisions and definitions

The following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) determine the procedure and rules for operating the site zch-shop.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

Each time a buyer places an order on the Site, he accepts the Terms published at zch-shop.com/terms.

The buyer is a person who has accepted these Terms and placed an order for the purchase of products in the online store india-delivery.com.

Seller – ZCH Media Services OÜ Pärnu mnt 76-7, Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. The seller provides e-commerce of products. presented on the website zch-shop.com.

Product is an object of sale and purchase that is posted for sale on the Site.

Order – a buyer’s request for the purchase and delivery of Products selected in the online store and sent to the Seller through a form on the Site.

2. Prices
All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. All prices are current at the time of ordering. All photos are symbolic and do not reflect the characteristics of the product.

3. Orders
3.1 Order through the Site
Select the number of products you need and place them in your cart. Follow the instructions on the website zch-shop.com. After sending the Application, the store operator will check the specified information, the availability of goods and call back to confirm and pay for the Order.

4. Payment methods
The Buyer can pay online using a bank card after confirming the Order by the store operator.

5. Return of goods
You can return goods within 14 days of purchase, provided that the products have not been opened and/or consumed. To process a return, contact your manager or write to info@zch-shop.com.
The return period is 90 days from the date the return request is processed.

6. Delivery
All products are checked for damage before shipping.
Most packages are delivered within 10 business days from the dispatch date. The buyer does not pay shipping costs.
All in stock products are typically dispatched the next business day after order is received, with a maximum of 3 business days.

8. Disclaimer
The buyer accepts the following conditions:
– The seller cannot ensure complete satisfaction of the buyer from the service or product.
– The Seller cannot ensure full compliance with the Terms in the event of factors beyond the Partner’s control.
– The Seller is not responsible for an incorrect order from the Buyer.

9. Resolution of disputes
The seller acts in accordance with existing consumer protection laws. The Seller shall endeavor to ensure that its actions comply with the law and shall provide a responsible person for the Buyer who will be available by telephone or email in the event of any questions from the Buyer. The buyer can send his complaints to info@zch-shop.com. The complaints process is confidential. The Distributor must acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 business days and inform the Buyer of the time frame for resolving the dispute. The Distributor must also keep the Buyer informed about the progress of the process.

The Distributor understands that the cost of legal fees and their economic justification are disproportionate. This is the main obstacle for the buyer to initiate legal proceedings. Therefore, the Distributor must make every effort to resolve the issue by reaching the agreement of both parties without litigation.

10. General provisions
The Distributor may change the Terms at any time, especially when required for technical reasons. Any changes must be published on the website zch-shop.com.
